Manscaping the garden

Parklife Landscaping - who have done a heap of work for me over the years and are, in my humblest of opinions, the absolute best landscapers in Perth. The dude in charge has been paving for 25 odd years and can anything you imagine happen, unlike a lot of pavers, who don't have a shred of creativity, only like straight lines and won't finish off jobs on Saturday. Corin from park life def gets my vote :)

His team have done the reticulation paving, cementing of driveway, limestone retaining wall and pine lap fence along the back - plus planted the olive trees and lemon tree du jour.

To match the front garden - i ordered red recycled bricks - they suit the style of the mansion. BUT they are about 1.20$ per brick - which is about double that of anything new age. I adore the style of them though :)

Acid washed and cleaned up - bricks are here!

flattening the garden with yellow sand and getting organised - interested to see how everything might look if i used yellow pavers. Ugly.

Kiwi-Dave lays the first bricks. Nice work! Herringbone again.. :)

And nearly done!!

Next week the edges will go down (soldier style to frame everything and make it look bigger) and the sand finishings :)
