Slowly getting there: A little update

This week i had to ask my lovely builder Peter and his apprentice Josh, to rip down a beautifully created wall (which i liked on the plans, but just not in reality). The new wider hallways looks so much better, loads more light, and doesn't feel cramped like it had been.

My garden which was a little eden is now a cement dump:

I don't know how to turn pictures around - but this will be the back wall of my kitchen in a month:

My newly flush hallway:

Looking in through the South windows into the room:

Here is the bathroom - the fireplace in the corner there was the home of the oven and exhaust - and now will be some drawers. It was a super cute kitchen.. Now bricked in half - here is the dividing wall - its up! Im so sad the kitchen has gone!!

Looking out the end of the new hallway:

The space on the left is going to be a shower recess for shampoo and soap etc - and was the back window of the house back in the day. On the right was the door out of the kitchen and into the back 'bit' and laundry before i got over zealous with AutoCad and reorganised the house:

I like Lintels :)
