On the cornice of things

Between the two sections if third hallway are two different heights, cornices, ceiling plaster work and paint.

Fun times ahead - there is a wall being built (creating the hallway) that will split the ceiling plaster work in half that currently resides above the living room.

Plan A: remove the entire door frame and surrounding wall hobs, cornicing, ceilings and everything; and create one long hallway thats nice and flush.

- not possible due to difference in ceiling height, and widths of the spaces.

Plan B: leave part of the door frame wall hob surrounds, and leave about a foot from the top of the wall space, remove the rest and make pretty.
