Bright times?
Not so much. The early enthusiasm of being my own interior designer and getting things ready in advance was eroded away with the knowledge my dream bathroom lights cannot be used!
Apparently everything has to be rated to wet areas in Australia, with the 'IP' system: 1,2,3 = ok for normal settings, and i need IP 4,5,6,7 + protected for use in wet areas. Even though my lights will be located 3m above the actual water (thanks high ceilings).
Whats the end result: i need IP4 + rated vanity lighting for my bathrooms. And my early research has found some SHOCKING OPTIONS.
I will prevail! Stylish lighting for wet areas can be found!
I've also discovered some great online lighting stores in Australia - with much better prices than i found looking around the shops.
